When I first became involved with WeGush, I did a lot of research on the science of gratitude.  I read everything from esteemed journals, to research from the Center for Greater Good at UC Berkeley, to websites and articles espousing the importance of expressing and receiving gratitude.  The emerging theme was simple: Gratitude is good for your well-being.  I’ll talk more about this in my next post.  Today, however, I want to share a powerful video I came across in my continuing research.
